Yle kertoi uutislähetyksessään ja teksti-tv:n sivulla, että Ajankohtaisen kakkosen toimittaja (nimeä ei mainittu) on saanut käräjäoikeudessa tuomion törkeästä kunnianloukkauksesta. Hän on jutussaan loukannut kansanedustaja Pekka Vilkunan kunniaa.
Tekevälle sattuu, eikä siitä toimittajan ammattitaito pahene, ammattiarkuus ehkä, mikä ei tietenkään ole hyvä asia. Toimittaja ei ole vastuussa siitäkään, ettei työnantaja julkaissut nimeä. Nimen julkaisemattajättämisestä varmaan viimekädessä päättää tämä rotutuomari, Ylen uutistoiminnan johtaja Atte Jääskeläinen, joka kyllä hihkui, kun Jussi Halla-Aho sai tuomion ja Yle vapauttavan.
Tähän nyt oikaisu aikaisempaan blogiin. Päivystävän dosentin nimi ei olekaan ”Tillikka”, vaan Tiilikka, etunimeltään Päivi. Tämä muistui mieleen tästä Halla-Aho-jutusta, kun Tiilikka vakavalla naamalla oli antanut HBL:lle lausunnon, lehti on tallella, että Halla-Aholla kaupnginvaltuutetun ominaisuudesta johtuen on suurempi sananvapaus kuin tavallisilla pulliaisilla. Ihan totta, näin hän on sanonut ehkä pulliaisten tilalla oli ihmiset.
Ajankohtaisen kakkosen juttu liittyy siihen eduskunnan häirintäjuttuun, josta muuten Helsingin Sanomien päätoimittaja Janne Virkkunen sysäsi vastuun alaisilleen, tosi raukkamaisesti, ja oikeus uskoi sen että isossa lehtitalossa päätoimittaja ei vastaakaan kaikesta, vaikka ainakin lehdessä lukee, että vastaavia on yksi.

Pirkanmaan käräjäoikeus on tuominnut Yleisradion Ajankohtaisen kakkosen toimittajan Juha Ristamäen sakkoihin kansanedustaja Pekka Vilkunan (kesk.) kunnian loukkaamisesta. Kunnianloukkaus tapahtui vuonna 2008 lähetetyssä televisio-ohjelmassa.
Vilkunaa haastatellut Ristamäki tuomittiin törkeästä kunnianloukkauksesta 80 päiväsakkoon. Sakon määrä on 2 560 euroa.
Syytteessä olivat myös ohjelman tuottaja Reeta Kivihalme ja Ylen osaamiskeskuksen päällikkö Jyrki Richt. Heidän syytteensä hylättiin.
Ristamäki myös velvoitettiin korvaamaan Vilkunalle henkisestä kärsimyksestä 7 000 euroa korkoineen. Vilkuna oli vaatinut 20 000 euron korvauksia yhteismitallisesti Ristamäeltä, Rictiltä ja Kivihalmeelta.
UUTISKERTAUS:
Tammikuussa 2008 Yle kertoi eduskunnan kanslian tasa-arvotoimikunnan selvityksestä. Sen mukaan useat eduskunnan naistyöntekijät olivat kokeneet seksuaalista häirintää.
Helsingin Sanomissa mainittiin 27.1.2008 nimeltä seitsemän mieskansanedustajaa, joita eduskunnan naiset moittivat sopimattomasta käytöksestä. Pekka Vilkuna (kesk) oli yksi nimetyistä.
Ajankohtainen kakkonen haastatteli Vilkunaa eduskunnan häirintäkohusta suorassa lähetyksessä 29.1.2008. Vilkuna teki ohjelmasta tutkintapyynnön.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
If you’re still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you’ll know which is right for you.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of ”neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune ”Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
