Toni Halmeen kuolemasta muutama päivä: Tillikka puolustaa Hazardin kirjoitusta.
Eilen julkaisin Kaarina Hazardin kirjoituksen sellaisenaan lisäten vain otsikkoon: ”Kolme tai neljä päivää Toni Halmeen kuoleman jälkeen”.
Tästähän tässä on kysymys. Kuoleman majesteetti on noutanut Toni Halmeen. Suru ja kaipaus jää tänne meille. Omasta kokemuksestani voin kertoa kuinka avuton sillä hetkellä ihminen on. Nyt siitä voin jo puhua.
Äitini kuolemasta on kulunut hiukan yli kaksi vuotta. Ennenkuin hänet oli laskettu maanpoveen xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx Vantaalta oli hänen ja minun kimpussa vaatien minua perinnöstäluopumiskieltoon. Hänen saatavansa johtuivat siitä kun ensin Jyväskylän ulosottovirasto oikeudessa valehdellen, avustava ulosottomies Raino Rinne ja kihlakunnanvouti Jarmo Kivistö, mitätöi hänen etuoikeutetun saatavan Nordea pankin hyväksi. xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx oli äitini oikeusavustaja hänelle myönnetyssä maksuttomassa oikeudenkäynnissä, mutta asianajaja ei tyytynytkään saamaansa palkkioon vaan kehitti kaksi uutta toimeksiantoa vaatien niitä äidiltäni ja minulta yhteisvastuullisesti, mutta kun äitini ei suostunut maksamaan mitään lisää, niin sitten pelkästään minulta, jonka vaatimuksen oikeus sitten totesi oikeaksi. Maksut ja asianajajan palkkiot menivät sitten perintään ja summa kasvoi kunnianluokkaustappiollani, jossa asianajaja esitti tekaistun kirjeen ja muutenkin todistettavasti valehteli sekä syyttäjälle että oikeudenjäsenille. Valtakunnansuyyttäjällä on pyyntö uudesta syyteharkinnasta.
Jokaisessa ammattikunnassa on lieronsa, mutta mahtoi se olla kivaa ulosottomies Rinteelläkin lähettää minulle asianajan vaatima kirje tästä perinnön luopumiskiellostani, ennenkuin äitini oli laskettu maan poveen.
Kirjoitin tämän siksi, että tiedän miltä tuntuu kun vainajaa riepotellaan, siis miltä omaisesta tuntuu. Toni Halmeesta aioin kirjoittaa ihan sympaattisen jutun, hänen hyvistä puolistaan, mutta tyydyin julkaisemaan Timo Soinin muistokirjoituksen. Ajattelin siinä julkaisemattomassani kirjoituksessani tuoda esiin sen kuinka silloinen puhemies Paavo Lipponen puolusti Toni Halmetta tämän pidettyä ensimmäisen eduskuntapuheenvuoronsa. Muutahan hyvää ei Lipposesta voikaan esille tuoda, tuosta itkijästä, joka loukkaantui niin verisesti vaalitappiostaan, että ajoi Anneli Jäätteenmäen pois pääministerin paikalta ja tilalle tuli tämä Matti Vanhanen, jolla ei nyt ole mitään hajua oikeudenmukaisuudesta, liero agentti. Nettisanomista löytyy vielä Halmeen repäisevä tokaisu erään ottelun jälkeen: ”Jätkä lensi kuin hauki kaislikosta”. Jotenkin näin.

PS. Tämä päivystävä dosentti Tillikka-akka päästeli jotain sekoiluja Ilta-Sanomissa. Puolusteli Hazardin kirjoitusta ja päätti sen jotenkin näin, ettei kunnianloukkaus tule kysymykseen, koska kyseessä on kuollut henkilö. Kunnianloukkaus tosiaankin on asinaomistajarikos, noin tiedoksi dosentille. Hautarauhan rikkominen on sitten oikeampi nimitys ja omaisten herjaaminen. Mutta nehän ovat maallisia välineitä, eikä semmoisiin tietenkään surun keskellä kukaan jaksa lähteä.

Kun luin Hazardin kirjoituksen, niin hätkähdyin siitä, nimenomaan siitä, että siinä kerrotaan tunnistettavasta henkilöstä, joka on juuri kuollut. Jos stoori olisi ollut jossain kuvitteellisessa yhteydessä, näytelmässä, novellissa, elokuvassa niin sitä voisi kehua, tai sitten vuotta aikaisemmin, jolloin kohde olisi voinut puolustautua tai sitten vuosien kuluttua. Loukkaaminen ja pilkkaaminen vaatii taitonsa. Ihmisen fyysisten ja miksei henkistenkin vajavuuksien riepotteleminen ei ole kovin ylentävää vaikka tässä raatoyhteiskunnassa elämmekin, jossa ihmisiä tapetaan päivittäin niin yksittäisten kuin instituutioiden (valtioiden) toimesta.
Haitissa kuoli muuten maanjäristyksessä yli satatuhatta ihmistä.

Speaking of users, the Zune ”Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard.
