Umpikuja. Pääministeri Matti Vanhaselle tapahtui monenlaista eroilmoituksen jälkeen.

Uskomattomalta tuntuu, että tällainenkin episodi vielä koettiin. Tietokoneen korjaaja luki Vanhasen sähköposteja ja otti asianajaja Heikki Lampelan mukaan yhden kuvan muistitikulleen. Kuva oli kuulemma intiimi, Matti ja Meri-Kukka Fosrsius intiimissä tilanteessa, millainen se sitten lieneekin ollut.
Asianajaja Lampela intoutui jos jotenkin vähättelemään tekoa: kuva on jo hävitetty vuonna 2007 , tosin sitä kaupattiin Seiskalle vielä 2009, jne. Oikedessa saamme kuulla lisää: oikeastaan kuva joutui vahingossa muistitikulle ja Seiskan sähköpostiinkin se joutui aivan vahungossa leikitellessään ajatuksella ja sähköpostiosoitteella. Kissa hyppäsi vahingossa ja yllättäen näppäimistölle ja niin lähetti sen Seiskalle oikeastaan niin, että päämies ei tiennyt koko asiasta ennenkuin Seiska otti yhteyttä. Tässä vaiheessa kuvaa ei ollut edes olemassa. Tällaista noin suunnilleen lööperiä saamme kuulla oikeudessa.
Aivan samantapaista päästeli muuten asianaja xxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx Ky, Vantaalta Nettisanomien kunnianloukkausjutussa, johon hän keksi tekaistuja kirjeitä, tekaistuja kirjoitusten poistamispyyntöjä, jotka oikeusasteet, kaikki, sitten uskoivat, vaikkei mitään näyttöä ollut, vain asianajan väitteet ja syyttäjän, Sirpa Hautakangas, perehtymättömyys asiaan, kun hän uskoi asianajan puheita niin etukäteen puhelimessa kuin itse oikeussalissa. Syyttäjä toimi asianajajan asiamiehenä oikeussalissa lukiessaan loppulausunnossaan sähköpostia, jossa oli pyydetty vuosia aikaisemmin lähetettyjen ilmoitusten poistamista, jonka sähköpostinxxxxxxxxxx mmmmmm oli syöttänyt syyttäjälle väittäen sen tarkoittavan myös puoli vuotta myöhemmin julkaistua kirjoitusta, jossa asianajajan laskutusta sen sekavuuden ja täydellisen perustetteettomuuden johdosta kutsuttiin tekaistuksi.
Asianaja oli saanut vanhukselta maksuttoman oikeudenkäyntitoimeksiannon, mutta välttääkseen palkkion kohtuullistamisen soitti palkkion hyväksyvälle tuomarille, Päivi Penttinen, ettei sitä missään nimessä pidä hyväksyä kokonaan. Näin hän onnistui avaamaan maksuttoman toimeksiannon lisäksi kaksi muuta toimeksiantoa, joita sitten vaati vanhusta ja Nettisanomien päätoimittaja Pertti Mannista yhteisvastuullisesti maksamaan. Vanhuksen kieltäydyttyä asianajaja veti pois haastehakemuksensa ja teki uuden: Maksua vaadittiinkin yksinomaan päätoimittajalta ja loppu onkin sitten legendaa. xxxxxxxxxx vaatimukset todettiin oikeiksi. Hän siis voitti juttunsa. Välillä hän esiintyi kuin Euroopanomistaja (läräjäoikeudessa). Vaati vastapuolen oikeusavustajaa ísännänvastuulla maksumieheksi ja sitten hovioikeudessa tekeytyi nuhruiseksi varatuomariksi, jota 85-vuotas vanhus ja hänen poikansa huijaavat. Kaikki on luettavissa Nettisanomissa, siltä osin kuin juttua ei ole poistettu. Vain rikoksentekoajan juttu ja linkit on poistettu oikeuden päätöksen mukaisesti.
Selvennykseksi toistettakoon, että Nettisanomien päätoimittaja tuomittiin kunnianloukkausrikoksesta ankaraan sakkorangaistukseen, ei sentään törkeästä kunnnianloukkauksesta, jota asianajaja vaati ja tietenkin tuntuvaan korvaussummaan asianajan kärsimyksille.
Tämä oli sopiva aasinsilta Vanhasen seuraavaan juttuun, siihen Pääministerin morsiamee, joka saa siis huipennuksensa Korkeimmassa oikeudessa. Syyttäjä vaatii kustantaja Kari Ojalalle vankeusrangaistusta ja Ruususelle, Nykyiselle Kuroselle, tuntuvaa sakkoa pääministerin yksityisyyden törkeästä loukkaamisesta, ei sentään vankeusrangaistusta!
Pääministeri ei viitsinyt enää tulla oikeudenistuntoon. Häntä harmittaa niin hitosti kun lähti tällaiseen seikkailuun, joka oli tietenkin yksi naula lisää tähän arkkuun.
Ja sitten tämä huipennus. Alle viikossa saimme siis kuulla että keskusrikospoliisi tutkii Vanhasen jääviyttä ja osuutta vaalirahoitukseensa.
Hyvin yksinkertaisesti. Pääminiteri on ollut tekemässä päätöstä jakaa rahaa Raylle (Raha-automaattiyhdistykselle), joka on jakanut sitä (rahaa) Nuorisasuntosääriölle, joka on jakanut tätä rahaa Vanhasen vaalikassaan.
Professori Olli Mäenpää lausui Nelosen uutisissa:: ”Asia on hyvin yksinkertainen”, siis jääviysasia noin yleisesti. ”Jos on ollut tekemässä päätöstä rahasta, jonka itse on saanut, on ollut jäävi.”
Vanhanen näyttää nyt kysyneen asiaa ex-oikeuskansleri Paavo Nikulalta ja väittää saaneensa vastauksen, ettei automaattisesti ole jäävi. Mitä se nyt sitten tarkoittaneekin. Mäenpään lausunnon mukaan on kyllä automaattisesti jäävi.
Vanhanen kompastuu nyt tällaiseen mielestään lillukanvarteen, mutta kysymus on periaatteellinen. Kulttuuri on ollut niin mätä, ettei eliitti ole edes huomannut asiaa. Toinen mahdollisuus on tierenkin se, että ollaan niin korskeita ja voimantuntoisia, ettei välitetä koko asiasta.
Nettisanomissa oli aikoinaan tällainen tulkinta, kun ministeri Suvi Lindén joutui eroamaan juuri jääviysrikkomuksen takia, kun hän jakoi miljoona markkaa golf-seuralle, jossa hänen lähisukulaisillaan oli paljon omistusta. Siihen liittyi myös muutakin avustusväärinkäyttöä, mutta oululaiset antoibat anteeksi ja Linden valittiin uudestaan eduskuntaan ja ministeriksi Jyrki Jataisen, tuon pöytäkirjan väärentäjän, muuten, toimesta.
Matti Vanhasen lautaasa näyttää sittenkin olleen säätiö. Tämä johti umpikujaan, josta ei kaiken vuosia kestäneiden selittelyjen jälkeen ole enää ulospääsyä.
Jääviys on itse huomattava noin oman turvallisuuden kannalta. Mikään ei olisi estänyt Vanhasta jääväämästä itseään päätöksenteosta, mutta ei kun ei.
Tästä umpikujasta ei ole enää pääsyä kohta mihinkään. Häpeä ja puolueen nimen tahriminen on suuri. Keskustaa ei enää pelasta kuin Anneli Jäätteemäki.
Ja siinä niin Jutta Urpilainen kuin Jyrki Katainenkin vapisevat. Ex-pääministeri Paavo Lipponen näyttää olevan vauhdissa ja näyttää johdattavan SDP:n kolmanteen eduskuntavaakitappioon, toiseen, jossa hän ei ole edes ehdokkana”. Eerpo Heinäluoma itsekkäästi jäi Suomeen eikä asettunut Eurovaaliehdokkaaksi ja nyt siellä on sitten isä Mitro viemässä sosiaalidemokraattista aatetta eteenpäin.
Kokoomus kaatuu vielä näihin telaketjumiehiinsä ja -naisiinsa, kun tämä Afganistan-huuma saa huipennuksensa.
Economy, Stupid. Näin näyttää Obamakin kääntäneen huomionsa työttömyyden hoitoon (Ylen uutiset tänään).
Suomessa pääministeri Matti Vanhanen ja valtiovarainministeri Jyrki Katainen puuhastelevat jollain nuorisosetelillä ja antavat ymmärtää , että nuoret ovat laiskoja ja heitä pitää patistaa töihin. Kyllähän nuoret menisivöt töihin, jos vain olisi työpaikkoja ja pitäisihän työstä jotakin maksaakin, palkkaa, Suomessa 300 000 on tälläkin hetkellä vuosittain palkattomina harjoittelijoina. Osalla on varmaankin vaikka kuinka hyvä anmmattipätevyys, mutta tällaiseen heidät pakotetaan.
