Suomi ja Afganistan: Vaaleja siirretään, samassa veneessä ollaan.
Niinhän siinä nyt näyttää käyvän, että Suomen perustuslaki antaa myöten seuraavien eduskuntavaalien siirtämisen yhdellä kuukaudella. ”Oikeusministeri” Tuija Brax, tämä vihreän ajattelun helmi, kirkkaalla naamalla esittää television uutislähetyksessä, että päätös voidaan tehdä yksinkertaisella enemmistöllä. Perustuslaista hän ei puhu mitään, sillähän on jo pyyhitty moneen kertaan monesta paikasta.
Huvittavaa on, tai pikemminkin surullista, että valtamedia ei paheksu tätä ”vallankaappausta”, vaan hyssyttelee, esim. Helsingin Sanomat.

Tämän Matti Vanhasen hallituksen alhaisten temppujen sarja saa jatkoa. Tottakai vallantunnossaan eduskunta voi päättää asiasta, perustuslain säätämisjärjestyksessä, sillä edellisillä vaaleilla valittu eduskunta sai oikeuden, mandaatin, kuukautta lyhyemmäksi ajaksi. Kiireesti lasken, että 5/6 enemmistö tarvitaan. Näin ollen 33-34 edustajaa pystyisi kaatamaan lain jos perustuslakia noudatetaan.
Siitäkään ei voi olla kovin varma, kun eduskunta itse tulkitsee perustuskakia. Siis Sdp pystyisi kaatamaan esityksen, oppositon pienpuolueet yhdessä ainakin melkein jne.
Tämä ala-arvoinen oikeusministeri Tuija Brax nielee mitä tahansa keskustan ja kokoomuksen öykkäröintiä saadakseen vain olla hallituksessa. Parhaillaan hän valmistelee äänikynnyslakia, jolla valta sementoidaan nykyisille isoille puolueille, nykyiset pienetkin ovat vaarassa tippua, ainakin Rkp ja yhtäkkiä joku muukin, kunhan ei vihreät. Kuinka kauan tätä öykkäröintiä sallitaan, kuinka kauan valtamedia hyväksyy härskiydet? Turhia kysymyksiä, otetaanko nämä edes esille tältä kantilta.
Jos vaalien ajankohtaa halutaan muuttaa, niin se voidaan tehdä ainoastaan ei seuraavissa, vaan sitä seuraavissa vaaleissa. Kyllä sivistyneessä maassa pitäisi sentään alamaisten vaalihetkellä tietää kuinka pitkäksi ajaksi valtakirja edustajille annetaan, siis normaalioloissa, sotatilanteessa tietenkin asia on toinen, ei sodan keskellä voida ruveta vaaleja järjestämään, silloin puolustetaan isänmaata, ei kai sentään tulevaisuudessa hyökätä.
Pääministeri Matti Vanhanen ja valtiovarainministeri Jyrki Katainen tekevät korskeudessaan alhaisen tempun suomalaisille, vaalikarjalle. Oppi-isää ei tarvitse kaukaa hakea, siellä se istuu keskellä puhemieskoroketta, silloin kun istuu, paskamaisia lakeja säädettäessä likaisen työn joutuu tekemään varapuhemies Seppo Kääriäinen. Niin tämä Sauli Niinistö esitti silloin kun Suomi oli EU:n puhenjohtajamaa, että vaalit pitäisi siirtää kesäkuuhun. Näin se jotenkin meni, mutta silloin oli sentään vielä jotain ryhtiä, ja ehdotus ammuttiin alas ja siitä luovuttiin vähin äänin. Niinistön omaan saavutusten luetteloon se ei ole jäänyt kummittelemaan, niinkuin ei edes Tobinin veron nauraminen päin naamaa ja sen esittäjien sättiminen. Varjele meitä tältäkin ketkulta, vaikka ihmeitä täytyy tapahtua että hänestä päästäisiin. Ei tarvitsisi mustamaalata, tuotaisiin esille, mitä hän on itse sanonut ja miten on toiminut.
Pääministeri Matti Vanhanen jää historiaan, ei lautakasoista, vaan tietenkin oikeudenkäynnistään ja siitä likaisten temppujen lukumääräennätyksestä, kun ne joskus esille otetaan. Nyt voidaan elää kuin banaanitasavallassa (jokainen käsittäköön sanonnan niinkuin tantoo).

Tänään sitten Uudesta Suomesta löytyi juttu, jossa hyvinkin voisi Afganistanin tilalle kirjoittaa Suomi. Sisältöhän on sama. Perustuslaki on paperia, niinkuin onkin.

Kuva: EPA / All Over PressAfganistanin riippumaton vaalikomissio on siirtänyt tämän vuoden parlamenttivaalit keväästä syksyyn. Alun perin vaalit piti järjestää toukokuussa, mutta nyt uusi ajankohta on syyskuussa, kertovat afganistanilaiset viranomaislähteet.
Vaalien siirto on länsivaltojen mieleen, sillä ne haluavat lisäaikaa ennen vaaleja tehtäville uudistuksille. Uudistusten toivotaan estävän mahdollisen vaalivilpin. Afganistanissa viime vuonna järjestetyt presidentinvaalit kärsivät laajasta vilpistä.
Uutistoimisto Reutersin viranomaislähteen mukaan vaalien uuden ajankohdan taustalla olisi ennen kaikkea vaalien järjestämiseen tarvittavien varojen puute. Afganistanin perustuslain mukaan parlamenttivaalit olisi pitänyt järjestää keväällä.
